The curriculum for students enrolled in a Nail Technology course in Don Villa Beauty School shall consist of six hundred (600) clock hour of technical instruction and practical operations. Instruction will cover the art and science of manicuring techniques, nail design, business skills, and health and safety practices.

• Learn the proper use of implements relative to all manicuring, pedicuring, and artificial nails.

• Develop the knowledge to recognize various skin conditions and disorders.

• Acquire the knowledge of analyzing the hand and feet prior to services to determine any disorders.

• Develop the knowledge of safety precautions in the use of manicure, pedicure, and artificial nails.
